Home Sleep Test and Consultation Combinations

Booking this combination package requires a reusable home sleep test kit (WatchPAT300) that needs to be sent back to us for test analysis.

Late returns - The test must be carried out, and placed in the post back to us, within five days of the test arriving with you. The Better Sleep Clinic reserves the right to charge a fee of £15 per day for every day after this that the return is delayed. The device does not have to arrive at The Better Sleep Clinic within five days, but the device kit must be placed with the Post Office within this time. Any late return fee must be paid before the sleep report is issued, or the follow-up consultation booked. Any cancellations requested after a delayed test kit return will be minus any outstanding test fees.

Lost or damaged test devices - If the WatchPAT300 home sleep test device is lost, or damaged beyond use, while in the possession of the client, they will be liable for a fee of £650.

Returns and Cancellations

Should you wish to return your home sleep test, we will be happy to assist you.

Please note the following:

WatchPAT100 home sleep test - If you would like to return your WatchPAT 100 (single-use) home sleep test you must notify us at info@thebettersleepclinic.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

The test kit must be sent back to us at your expense. The test box must be unopened, sealed, clean and without any damage. We advise that you return the test using tracked delivery with insurance as the return is your responsibility.

The refund for returns in the described condition will be minus a £30 processing fee. This is to cover the cost of re-programming the device from your client profile so that it may be re-used. Test kits that are not returned in the above described condition will be unusable and cannot be refunded. The refund, where applicable, will be issued by bank transfer three working days after the device has been received by us.

WatchPAT300 home sleep test - if you would like to cancel your WatchPAT300 home sleep test (returnable device) you may return it using the prepaid postage bag provided with the test kit. The device must not have been worn (either the finger probe or chest sensor) and be returned without any damage.

The refund for returns in the described condition will be minus a £30 processing fee. This is to cover the cost of re-programming the device from your client profile so that it may be re-used.

Consultation appointments - If you would like to cancel or re-book an appointment then this must be done at least 24 hours before the appointment time.

CPAP returns policy - we are unfortunately unable to accept returns for CPAP devices that have been opened. If the device is unused and still in it’s unopened box then we are able to process a return. The item must be sent back to us at your expense. We advise that you return the test using tracked delivery with insurance as the return is your responsibility. The refund will be minus a £120 processing fee that covers the initial set-up appointment and re-programming the device from your client profile. You may cancel a CPAP order before the set-up appointment has been carried out. The refund will be minus a £30 processing fee to cover the device re-programming.
